Bearing in mind the large numbers of youngsters who want to join the Group and Scouting it seems reasonable that weekly Section night meetings are regularly attended.

The Leaders have therefore decided that if your son or daughter does not attend for three consecutive weeks without a valid reason, we will assume that they no longer wish to be members and their place will be offered to people on the waiting list – this only seems fair.
